Beet molasses, produced according to STB 2084-2010, is a by-product obtained from the processing of sugar beets.
Beet molasses is intended for the production of ethyl alcohol, citric acid, baking and fodder yeast and for use as an additive in feed for farm animals.
Physico-chemical characteristics of beet molasses:
Mass fraction of solids not less than 75%
Mass fraction of sucrose not less than 35%
Mass fraction of the amount of fermentable sugars not less than 36%
PH value from 6.0 to 9.5
