FD-15T is two rolls thread rolling machine with hydraulic system, usually used for making high precision parts, such as worm screws, auto parts, aviation accessories, etc.
The Max. rolling pressure of this machine is 15T, and the shafts diameter is 54mm, and max. diameter of rolling dies on the machine is 180mm.
There is a protective cover on the main shafts, to avoid worker injury.
It is easy to change different thread rolling dies, adjust angle of main shafts, and align thread line.
Customized automatic feeder can be designed according to exact product, to save cost of workers and time.
