Embedded parts (embedded elements) are intended for the manufacture of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. Embedded parts are used when connecting (mounting) metal structures to monolithic (reinforced concrete) walls of buildings and structures.
The embedded part is a steel plate with rods or anchors welded to it. We produce embedded parts of all categories: closed and open type, with an inclined, perpendicular, parallel and mixed position of the rods. To increase the strength of the embedded part after pouring, threaded anchor rods are used. A blank for a plate is usually a strip or hot rolled sheet. The shape of the plates of embedded parts can also vary, most often they use rectangular and square plates, less often triangular and trapezoidal metal plates are found.
