The machine is produced in a climatic modification U, placement category 3 according to GOST 15150-69 for operation at temperatures from plus 1 to plus 40 ° C.
It is not allowed to load more than 12 kg of ingredients into a bowl at once - for kneading yeast dough; and more than 7 kg - for kneading tough dough.

The electric drive of the machine rotates the bowl, filled with a mixture for making dough. Simultaneously with the rotation of the bowl, a spiral rotates, which mixes the dough. Joint rotation of the bowl around its axis and the spiral inside the bowl ensures thorough mixing of the dough. The special shape of the spiral allows you to knead even a small amount of dough.
To protect service personnel from injuries by a rotating spiral, a lid is installed on the bowl. The design of the lid facilitates the addition of ingredients (flour, water, etc.)
To eliminate the risk of being pulled in or caught by the guide rollers, a shield is installed. The cover and shield are equipped with microswitches. When one of them is triggered, the machine stops.
