ELKON offers silos of various capacities: silos with a capacity of 50, 75, 100 and 150 tons are recommended as consumables; silos with a capacity of 300 and 500 tons are suitable for storing cement.

All silos are collapsible, which gives an advantage during transportation: 2 units of consumable silos are placed in one standard eurotruck. A reliable bolted connection ensures the stability of the structure for many years of use, and seals at the joints of the components guarantee protection against atmospheric precipitation. In the manufacture of the constituent parts forming a silo for cement, high-precision molds, laser cutting and drilling techniques, welding robots are used, then the parts are subjected to a chemical surface cleaning process. Silos have long supports - this advantage gives significant savings when preparing the foundation for the installation of equipment: construction of special concrete pillows for silos is not required.

Binding of silos to the equipment is carried out by means of screws manufactured according to own technologies at ELKON factories. Silo accessories: silo filter, level sensors, overpressure valve and aeration system - ensure trouble-free operation.
