Brightness and saturation are the main signs of Yemen Matari. This is a truly exclusive variety, because the alpine plantations of Yemen indulge coffee lovers with a very small amount of this coffee, ripening in untouched nature. The harmonious ratio of sweetness and astringency makes the taste pleasant, and the aftertaste bright and rich. A spicy aroma with a train of spices is accompanied by notes of brown bread, sour orange shades on the palate and a little peppery sharpness in the aftertaste.
