Our company produces rings from special cast irons for sealing transmission shafts.

We offer rings with various types of locks - straight, angular, with labyrinth seal.

At the request of the customer, alloyed high-strength or gray cast irons can be used.

To increase the wear resistance, we use the method of ion-plasma hardening. This method allows hardening the working surface of rings from ductile iron up to 800 HV from gray iron up to 550HV to a depth of 0.4 mm. To burn in the rings we use tin coating.

We offer bushings made of special cast irons to work in tandem with our rings.
