CONSTRUCTION

- Seams: safety stitched with front rises, inseams SN edge stitched and out seam (waist seam to bottom of pocket bag) SN edge stitched with bartack at bottom of stitching.

- Waist: shall fabric on front of waistband with top edge double turned and wraps to back 1/4"....SN edge stitched (1/4" from top edge of waistband). Bottom of elastic with shall fabric binding (1/4") that continues under the elastic into the waistband seam. Bottom of waistband has 2 rows of topstitching, 1/4" margin (secures elastic to waistband). Exterior waistband height = 1 3/4". Elastic height = 2". Set into bottom of waistband are 7 shall fabric belt loops size 32-44 and 9 belt loops 44-56...all sizes have one loop at CB. Loops are 2N cover stitched. Belt loop is folded and bartacked 3/4" below waistband to body panels, folded up, then top edge is folded and bartacked to top edge of waistband . NOTE: minimize bulk behind buttonhole so buttonhole works easily.

- Fly Opening: interlined, shall fabric faced, zip closure, "J" stitching SN topstitched 1-1/4" from front edge and front edge is SN edge stitched with a bartack at bottom of fly opening/"J" stitching.

- Front Pockets: set 1-3/4" from side seams, the pocket opening is interlined, SN edge stitched and bartacked at top and bottom of pocket openings. Pocket facing edges are overlocked and SN topstitched to pocketing. Pockets are self fabric faced with edges of facing overlocked and SN topstitched to high quality pocketing. Pocket bags are French seamed.
