Laminated Particle Boards at wholesale

Particleboard is made by hot pressing of coarse shavings obtained from waste wood and non-wood wood of any species, and the introduction of thermosetting synthetic resin, as well as hydrophobic, antiseptic and other additives, thanks to which the plate acquires special strength and durability.
When laminating chipboard, craftsmen cover the surface of the working material with a paper-layered film, which is pre-impregnated with special resins. There is a layering or stratification of one material on another. In the process, a specialized device is used ─ a multi-vacuum apparatus equipped with a flip bar for laying film. This is followed by the press stage ─ of the order of 25-28 MPa and processing with high temperatures ─ about 150-200 degrees. When carrying out such manipulations, the laminated material practically eats up, seeps tightly into the working surface of the chipboard being processed.
