Standard vibrating screens are used in a crushing and screening plant to separate end products of various sizes.
When the material is poured into the sieve, while it moves on the sieve surface with vibration, the smaller ones pass through the screen surface.
Vibrating screens are produced in two, three and four layers and in various sizes. The vibration system may be in the middle or above the screen body. It is obtained by rotating the eccentric weights connected to the shaft, which are mounted on the screen body. The screen body sits on the fixed or mobile chassis with heavy type helical springs that absorb vibration. The vibration systems of these vibrating screens operate by belt-pulley transmission with an electric motor.
