Description

The whole machine adopts the advanced PLC computer programming system, speed adjust by inverter, electronic braking, HMI operation panel .
And it is no doubt for this machine to obtain the state patent with all the excellent and practical configurations installed on this machine.

Main features:

1.  Unwind stand: jumbo reel is pneumatic unwinding , with manually paper tension adjusting unit and lateral adjusting unit for each jumbo reel.
2.  Pneumatic loading of jumbo reel can greatly reduce the working tension.
3. Paper detector function can cut down the paper wastage.
4. Warning unit for re-feeding the cores.
5. Lamination unit:
  A- when producing kitchen towel, to apply the glue to the bulgy area of the embossed paper web.
  B- When producing Deco toilet roll, to apply the colorful glue to the 2 plies or 3 plies paper , to show the toilet roll in different pattern with color(the pattern is subject to the embosser design), to stick the different plies of paper together while will not destroy the softness of the paper.
