Limestone Flour (Dolomite Flour) grade A is a finely divided mineral material mass produced by crushing limestone or dolomite gravel, as well as their screening. The production of this product is characterized by low cost, which makes it widely available. Today, limestone (dolomite) grade A flour has two main areas of application.
Firstly, it is used for the production of agricultural fertilizers, as well as feed and mineral additives for poultry and animals. In addition, this flour is used to reduce the acidity (neutralization, deoxidation) of soils. At the same time, it is brought into the ground, after a few days increasing its agricultural value.
The second important area of application for limestone (dolomite) grade A flour is the manufacture of dry building mixtures, as well as piece building materials of various shapes (blocks, stones, plates, tiles). As a modifying additive, limestone (dolomite) grade A flour is in demand during monolithic construction - it is introduced into concrete, reducing moisture absorption and increasing the frost resistance of the latter.
