The production of molds is a rather expensive and time-consuming process, which includes both design and, in fact, the manufacture of a mold for casting. However, with the serial production of plastic products, the use of molds is a very profitable and fast way of molding from plastic.

Our company offers the production of molds for plastic injection of the following designs:

- Molds for the production of plastic products with automatic removal;

- Molds for the manufacture of plastic products with manual removal or with embedded fittings;

- Molds with replaceable punches, dies and signs, so you can use the same mold for the production of a wider range of plastic products.

In the manufacture of molds for the shaping parts, we use various tool steel, depending on the materials of the products and the requirements of the mold design, (depending on the wishes of the customers) with a guaranteed durability of 50,000 to 1,000,000 closings.

Manufacturing of injection molds includes several stages, and depending on the complexity of the mold, the production time of the mold is usually 1-3 months.
